Double the reason to celebrate for Jessica and Violet, new Masons Associates for 2024

A huge congratulations to Jessica Gladding and Violet Woods, who have both been promoted to Associate at Masons as we start the New Year! This is a fantastic achievement for them, made even more special by the fact that they're both celebrating their 25th birthdays in 2024.

Jessica and Violet are both shining examples of what can be achieved through hard work and dedication to their roles. They both started their careers at Masons as Apprentices, and they've worked their way up through the ranks to become highly valued senior members of their respective teams.

Jessica is now Residential Property & Compliance Manager in the Lettings team, known for her exceptional customer service skills and her in-depth knowledge of all the rules, advising landlords with the ever-increasing burden of legislation. She is always willing to go the extra mile for her clients to ensure that their rental property meets all the legal requirements.

Violet is now a Senior Sales Negotiator in the Sales team, and she has a knack for building rapport with clients and understanding their precise needs. She is a skilled negotiator, and always achieves the best possible outcome for her clients. She is a real team player and has supported and mentored Beth Traves and Leila Hall on their own apprenticeship journeys.

Inviting them to become Associates at Masons was a natural next step and a testament to their hard work and achievements,” said Simon Williams, Managing Director.

A little bit more about Jessica and Violet’s stories...

Jessica joined Masons in 2017 as our first ever apprentice. She quickly developed a passion for lettings and marketing, and she played a key role in setting up our social media accounts originally. She is a qualified MARLA member, recently adding the Propertymark Qualifications Award in Residential Inventory Management (TARIMP) to her professional qualifications enhancing the knowledge and skills in the Lettings team.

Violet joined Masons in 2018, and she quickly made a name for herself in the Sales team. She is a qualified MNAEA member and a natural negotiator. Violet is now working towards her Level 4 in Residential Senior Management and has a real talent for closing deals.

We are delighted to have Jessica and Violet as part of the Masons senior leadership team, and we wish them all the best for the future.
