We're delighted to share that Bethany Traves has just achieved Distinction at the end of her Level 2 Customer Service Assessment.

Beth first joined Masons Sales Team in 2021 after a great set of A-levels. Over the past year she has been carrying out various customer services duties including meeting and greeting clients by phone, email and in person when they pop into our Cornmarket office in Louth. Beth is also learning about estate agency and residential sales by responding to customer enquiries across all channels. She arranges property viewings between the sales team, viewers and vendors and assists the sales team with general administration to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Masons' Managing Director Simon Williams is a firm believer in the apprenticeship system. "Beth has done extremely well in achieving distinction in every part of her City & Guilds end-point assessment. She is our fourth consecutive apprentice and follows on with the same level of success of her predecessors."

"For us, at Masons, apprenticeships are the perfect way to discover the next generation of enthusiastic and capable colleagues. We offer hands-on experience to young people along with the opportunity to learn as they earn, with great support systems and training as they achieve industry-appropriate qualifications."

Previous apprentices at Masons in Louth include Violet Woods now a senior member of our Sales Team who became a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA) and Jess Gladding, recently promoted to Residential Property and Compliance Manager, a Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents qualification (MARLA) having achieved a distinction in her Level 3.

Beth continues that tradition of excellence and is already mentoring our next apprentice Leila Hall who has joined her on reception.
