Location and Description
The land is located 2 miles to the South West of the busy holiday town of Skegness, and 3.7 miles from Wainfleet St Mary. The land is accessed off the A52 Croft Bank Road as denoted by a Masons ´For Sale´ board. To access the land, pass through a set of wooden gates and continue past the yard on the right and continue onto a track straight ahead. Continue along until you reach the land on the left. Alternative access can be found on Middlemarsh Road and a Masons ´For Sale´ board denotes the entrance, Follow the track for approximately 1 mile, and continue through ´Marsh Retreat´ yard. The land is found immediately over the dyke.

Access
The land is offered for sale with the access track through the yard and up to the land. This access is at least 15m wide through the yard to accommodate most modern agricultural machinery. The access is shown blue on the plan. The boundaries from the adjoining land will be properly fenced in due course. Access from the west is via a track accessed off Middlemarsh Road.
