The property is on the left after a few paces. The gated entrance into the courtyard will be found on the right side of Broadbank just after the turning into Kiln Lane.

The Property We understand that this very impressive town house which is one of a small exclusive development of just four houses, was constructed in 2004. The property has brick-faced principal walls beneath pitched timber roof structures covered in slate and the windows are large double-glazed sashes in keeping with the Conservation Area setting, but allowing light to flood the rooms within, creating a light and airy feel. The upper rear windows command some fine views across the central area and rooftops of Louth. Heating is by a condensing gas central heating boiler and a glance at the EPC graphs will show that the house enjoys an efficiency which belies the proportions of the accommodation.

This is one of four special town houses and viewing is very strongly recommended to appreciate its many attributes.
