The Masons Philosophy

‘Square Pegs in Square Holes & Round pegs in Round holes’

Masons was established in 1850 and since that time has grown to become a prominent firm of Chartered Surveyors, Estate Agents and Auctioneers in Lincolnshire.  We are the largest multi-disciplinary firm in the area and pride ourselves on the breadth of our knowledge and experience which has enabled the business to go from strength to strength, year on year. Across all disciplines, our quality of service is second to none. Our goal is to exceed expectations at all times and our hand-picked staff has a reputation not only for being experts in their chosen field, but for being approachable, trustworthy and with their feet firmly on the ground.

Masons Offer rising stars:

Variety of Work

Unlike many national agents which pigeon-hole graduates into specialist departments at a very early stage, Masons believes that variety is the spice of life. We offer a good breadth of work experience – including Valuation, Planning, Compensation, Property Sales and Rental, Estate Management, Grants and Subsidies and Landlord and Tenant Negotiations - which allows you to make an informed choice as to where your specialty should eventually lie.

Early Responsibility

Masons encourages staff to take on their own clients from the get-go. Experience has shown us that the best way to learn is ‘hands-on’, with the full support of the rest of the team who will be on hand to give advice and guidance along the way.

Career Development

We actively encourage all staff members– to develop their careers through training. We will provide support to all types of staff to gain specialist property qualifications, recognising that our most important assets are our employees. Masons pursues RICS approved APC training programme which can be tailored to suit an individual’s aspiration and chosen APC competencies. Our goal is to support every individual in realising their ambitions..

Collegiate Atmosphere

Masons recognise that staff  development is dependent on being able to ask questions. Our open-door policy ensures you always have an on-hand colleague to help find the answer.

Friendly & Fun Work Environment

While the emphasis is always on being professional, Masons believe that conducive atmosphere in the office is essential to keeping the balance right.

An Eye On The Future

Masons has grown organically thanks to its desire to develop its expertise in all property-related fields.
