Violet joins the National Association of Estate Agents

More good news from Masons Residential Sales Team as Violet Woods, joins fellow Residential Property Agent Jessika Critten, as a member of the National Association of Estate Agents.

 

From Apprentice to MNAEA

Violet joined Masons in August 2018 as a Customer Service Apprentice and excelled with the company in her first year delivering an exceptional standard of client service gaining an NVQ in Customer Service. As a result Vi joined our Sales Team to follow her passion for finding property. She loves being able to get a property through to completion and takes pride in finding buyers their dream home. It's part of the personal and professional service that Masons' clients really appreciate and helps achieve excellent sales.

"I was really delighed to achieve my MNAEA as part of my career progression at Masons with several months of studying prior" explains Violet who really appreciates that business as usual has opened up the opportunity to develop relationships with clients face to face.

"I love to feel part of a team so it's great for all our colleagues to be back under one roof."

Although not yet a home owner, Violet loves the mix of styles that she sees everyday in her work as an estate agent in rural Lincolnshire.

"I love barn conversions with a modern interior and really homely feel. Being part of the Residential Sales Team at Masons gives me daily inspiration seeing some of the incredible properties we take pride in marketing for clients. We really get to see just what is possible with vision and planning, bringing agricultural buildings back to life in the most beautiul and inspiring way for modern living."
