We’re delighted to share more success for Masons Residential Sales Team, as Leila Hall, has passed her latest professional exams to become a member of the National Association of Estate Agents.

From Award-Winning Apprentice to MNAEA in a matter of months

Leila joined Masons in Summer 2022 as our fifth Customer Service Apprentice with some experience of estate agency. She quickly excelled under the guidance of the Sales Team, swiftly completing her apprenticeship and winning the Lincolnshire County Council and Greater Lincolnshire Local Enterprise Partnership’s award as Commercial Services Champion in 2023.

Leila got to work straightaway on her next level qualifications, with allocated study time and support from her colleagues in the Sales Team, especially Senior Sales Negotiator, Violet Woods. This April, she achieved her Propertymark Level 3 Award in the Sale of Residential Property, joining the National Association of Estate Agents.

“I was really pleased to achieve my MNAEA and become a sales negotiator. The success in last year’s awards spurred me on to study hard and add to my professional qualifications" explains Leila, who is enjoying negotiating with clients and vendors, with excellent results.

Another qualified member of the Sales Team means Masons’ clients can look forward to an even smoother and more efficient sales process with excellent customer service at every touchpoint as our Feefo Platinum Service shows.

What kind of property do you enjoy the most?

Having been born and brought up in Lincolnshire, Leila is a country girl at heart, but working in a busy market town at the heart of the Wolds means dealing with a unique mix of properties brought to market by Masons, as the leading estate agent in Louth.

"I find the diversity of the property we sell for clients is so inspiring. One day I could be negotiating on a beautiful period townhouse. The next conversation might be about an incredible live/work opportunity with multiple holiday cottages and huge business potential. I think it’s because Masons attracts clients with such standout property, and we market it so well, that I’m learning so much. No two days are the same!"
